Housekeeper

Housekeeper – Beautiful Home in Dromana

$35 per hour | Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm (flexible for the right person)

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Housekeeper to support our client at their beautiful home on a sport horse property in Dromana. This is a lovely opportunity to work in a peaceful setting with a kind, down-to-earth family who value quality and care.

The role will begin on a casual basis, with the chance to move to permanent part-time after three months for the right person. Ideally, the successful candidate will be available to start as soon as possible.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for keeping the home clean, organised and running smoothly day-to-day.

Typical duties include:

• General cleaning and tidying throughout the home
• Keeping laundry up to date, including washing, ironing and linens
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• Helping maintain an organised and welcoming home environment

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys keeping things in order and takes pride in creating a comfortable, well-presented home. The ideal person will be friendly, trustworthy and kind – especially with children and animals, who are an important part of the household.

We're looking for:

• At least 12 months' experience in a housekeeping or similar role
• Experience from any cleaning role including private homes, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping will be considered
• Strong attention to detail and initiative
• Good time management and organisation
• A positive attitude and respect for privacy
• Comfort working around children and pets

Requirements

• Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWC)
• Working With Children Check must be obtained before starting employment
• Full Australian working rights
