We are looking for a Area Business Manager to oversee and optimise our M.J. Bale operations at our Flagship Store Martin Place as well as Greenwood Plaza. This role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, building and maintaining a high-performing team and increasing our overall performance within our retail space. We are looking for a dedicated individual who comes from a background of multi-site store management and someone who understands 'the M.J. Bale customer'. This role will involve people leadership, team development & recruitment, driving multi-store performance, stock management and visual merchandising.
