We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to become a valuable part of one of our growing service departments.

Playing a fundamental role in ensuring our exemplary customer service levels are maintained and upheld, this position requires you to:

- Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.
- Assist with the loading of the workshop to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
- Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
- Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards.

To be successful in this position you must be able to work comfortably within a fast paced environment and possess exceptional communication skills to resolve difficult situations with diplomacy. You will utilise your mechanical aptitude to deliver exemplary customer service and to capitalise on upselling opportunities with customers from a service and maintenance perspective.

Prior experience in a Service Advisory role, and exposure to the Era Power DMS will be viewed upon favourably.
