- Demonstrable Technology expertise with operational risk management or assurance experience.
- Experience in the financial services sector, either in-house or with clients in a professional services environment.
- Experience in Technology Controls Assurance activities is highly regarded.
- Collaborate with Technology team and senior business stakeholders to identify operational issues and advise on responses.
- Ability to think laterally, problem solve and grasp abstract concepts and complex situations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and capability to lead conversations with business leaders and risk management colleagues.
