**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our BlueScope Distribution business in our **Granville** team as a **Processing Operator** **Team Member**. BlueScope Distribution is a provider of single-source product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

Based at our Granville site, our Team Members support our warehouse operations in ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers. Some of these positions will require lifting and manual movement of product depending on role requirements. We ensure all our employees are equipped with all the necessary equipment and training to complete these tasks safely.

Working Monday-Friday on either day (06:00-14:00), afternoon (14:00-22:00) or night shift (22:00-06:00) shift, you will have access to various health and wellbeing initiatives including Employment Assistance Program, Employee Real Deals and ongoing learning, support and training. You will receive a competitive salary of $1,095 per week, with the ability to progress to $1,187 per week within 3 months, plus weekly allowances. You will also be eligible for the Company’s lucrative profit share plan (bonus). Afternoon shift will include a 20% shift allowance and night shift a 30% allowance.

**What Will You Do?**

As a valued member of our Granville team, you will:

- support and promote a safe working environment
- be willing and able to learn to operate forklifts, cranes and processing machinery
- safely load and unload our products on and off trucks
- accurately pick and pack orders to prepare our customer deliveries
- have the opportunity to work overtime on an as needs basis
