Come and discover the opportunity to join our BlueScope Distribution business in our **12-month fixed term Team Member** roles at our Granville site, with **no experience needed** BlueScope Distribution is a provider of single-source product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

In this exciting opportunity, you will learn to operate forklifts and cranes, pick and pack orders safely and with ongoing training and support, learn to operate our processing machinery.

Working Monday-Friday on night shift (22:00-06:00), you will have access to various health and wellbeing initiatives including Employment Assistance Program, Employee Real Deals and ongoing learning, support and training. You will receive a competitive salary of $1,095 per week, with the ability to progress to $1,187 per week within 3 months, as well as a 30% night shift allowance. You will also be eligible for the Company’s lucrative profit share plan (bonus).

**What Will You Do?**

As a valued member of our Granville team, you will:

- support and promote a safe working environment
- be willing and able to learn to operate forklifts, cranes and processing machinery
- safely load and unload our products on and off trucks
- accurately pick and pack orders to prepare our customer deliveries
- have the opportunity to work overtime on an as needs basis
