Hampers and Gifts Australia is Australia's largest online gifting business with online retail websites The Hamper Emporium and Gifts Australia. We are looking to welcome **Corporate Sales Assistants** and **Customer Service Assistants** to our teams, to assist with all things sales and service related.

**KEY DUTIES: CORPORATE SALES ASSISTANT**
- Building strong and trusting relationships with our current corporate clients
- Supporting corporate relationships including on-boarding new clients, assisting with client enquiries, orders and corporate accounts
- Promoting our company's products and services with corporate clients
- Training and supervisory duties
**KEY DUTIES: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT**
- Ensure customer replies are within 2 business hours
- Liaise with delivery partners regarding delayed or lost deliveries.
- Uphold our call center's processes and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism and showcase strong critical thinking by assisting customer queries and complaints resolution.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR BOTH** **ROLES**
- Polite and professional phone manner and written communication
- Previous experience working with corporate clients in a customer support type role
- Previous experience working in a customer service environment
- Experience training and supervising others
- Experience in retail or online sales would be highly regarded
- Knowledge of the e-commerce environment would be an advantage
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, colleagues and suppliers
- Critical thinking with the ability to navigate through obstacles that may arise
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks during extremely busy periods such as Christmas
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Exceptional time management and planning skills.
