Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a **Marketing Coordinator**to support the Marketing team with analysis, planning and implementation of marketing strategies across Australia and New Zealand.

Our Marketing Coordinator will be working closely with various departments such as Sales, Visual Merchandising and Supply Chain to support with launch activities and trade events and general administration such as reporting.

**Job responsibilities**:
**Your key tasks include, though not limited to**:
**Launch activities**
- Creating and collating marketing overviews for every new season for Product Manager & Marketing Director sign-off, including but not limited to:

- Seasonal marketing calendar by retailer
- Product Catalogue update
- Strategy presentation & templates by retailer
- Pricing updates
- Discontinuation communication by retailer
- 360 planning documents for internal teams
- Assisting with creation of marketing presentations
- Weekly collation of marketing updates via internal platforms to build and produce of launch brief presentation for Product Manager sign off, and print and distribute copies post meeting by retailer to the Sales Team
- Assisting with ensuring product packaging compliance to local regulations:

- Downloading product packaging artwork from Central
- Create product repackaging brief for Central and Singapore teams

**Reporting**
- Running weekly and monthly sell-out reports by brand and by SKU for all distribution to match competitive data.
- Inputting sell-out data into regional reports
- Assisting with the set-up and weekly update of novelty sales tracking
- Gathering competitor pricing and launch activities
- Assisting with post campaign/event reports

**Trade Events**
- Assisting with the coordination and planning of Trade Events as guided by Event Manager & Product Managers, including on-counter events to support new launches and key festivals/occasions, new store/kiosk openings, beauty classes, retailer events, client development events and podium
- Managing the event budget tracker
- Sourcing and managing external suppliers
- Creating eventing briefs for sales team
- Collating and reporting on post-event results in conjunction with the field Sales team

**Administration**
- Raising purchase orders and inventory requests as instructed by the Marketing team
- Raising local codes and menu code activation in AX system
- Assisting with general administration tasks such as booking travel, accommodation, meeting venues, E parcel and couriers

**Profile**:

- **Tertiary qualifications, preferably business-related**:

- **Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role and a in a fast-paced environment**:

- **Strong experience with and willing to learn Excel Formulas (VLookup, Pivot tables, basic sum, average and year on year growth)**:

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, inDesign or Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Positive can-do attitude and high level of resilience
- A keen eye for detail
- High level of motivation, energy and drive to execute as briefed and deliver in a timely mannerAppreciation and knowledge of luxury retail/beauty is a plus**Additional information**:
