A Senior Portfolio Coordinator is required for a large Queensland employer going through business wide transformation. Working as a part of a large technology portfolio you will support several programs of work across a mix of corporate business systems and digital enablement projects (30+ in total).

This is an initial 12-month contract with funding approvals for a 12-month extension. The role is on the Brisbane CBD fringe, 2 days working in office and very flexible hours. Attractive daily rates on offer commensurate with experience.

The role report to the Director of Portfolio Delivery and works closely along side a team of Seasoned Program and Project Managers. Proven experience in large scale, Program/Portfolio Delivery a must along with skills in the following area;
- Have worked in fast paced Agile environments before where you supported several pieces of work with large budgets
- Proven experience supporting several Senior Project/Programs Managers where you can manage your time to balance conflicting priorities
- Previous experience in a PMO/Portfolio office
- Strong end to end coordination experience across financial management, resource management, risk management and project management
