Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide interim management of portfolios of properties and serve as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, and contractors.
  • Deliver a standout customer experience and foster long-term client relationships through proactive and personalized support.
  • Collaborate with our Repairs & Maintenance team to coordinate quotes and work orders, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings, including AGMs, SGMs, and Committee Meetings, to ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Oversee financials and ensure compliance across portfolios, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote growth and development.

Requirements:

  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Solid knowledge of strata/body corporate legislation and best practices.
  • The ability to switch contexts regularly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative, empathetic mindset and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
