**About the role**:
You will be overseeing resource management and coordination to ensure strategic priorities are met, preventing harm to Victorian communities and the environment.

**In this role you will**:

- Lead and manage the team responsible for supporting the Operations Division to achieve high standards of performance, collaboration, and integrity.
- Effectively oversee a high-performing team to support resource management and coordination efforts.
- Coordinate planning and reporting for the Operations Division, ensuring alignment with organisational requirements and strategic commitments.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience in leading teams in business management, coordination, and/or administrative support to senior executives.
- Knowledge of logistics or resource management, particularly in relation to a large geographically dispersed workforce is desirable.
- Ability to implement performance management frameworks and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Ability to think outside the square, a willingness to try new things, and a genuine desire to learn, share knowledge, and make a difference.
