**Who are we?**

**About the Role**:
An opportunity now exists for an experienced Workshop Controller to lead and direct our workshop team at Keystar Kippa-Ring. This role will be responsible for the management of a designated Service Workshop team.

**Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Develop and coach the team
- Recruitment, selection and onboarding of new team members
- Monitor, manage and motivate your team
- Ensure the team is held accountable at all times
- Achieve service and parts revenue targets
- Effectively allocate tasks to technicians ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency is met
- Proactively manage ordering of inventory and ensure aged stock is minimised
- Road test all vehicles
- Ensure vehicle servicing logbooks are accurately completed and signed off
- Repair orders write up. Completion and receipts
- Conducting of quality control checks and Sign-off sheet

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate
- Have the ability to work in a busy service centre, and previous experience in leading a team.
- Have a good work ethic
- Have good eye for detail and clear understanding of workshop operations.
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Have a valid drivers licence
