**Description**:
About You

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who possesses a positive attitude towards work and staff engagement, with a natural ability of running and efficient DC team. The Team Leader will direct the DC team to ensure orders are picked, packed, invoiced and consigned in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.

**Skills and Experiences**:
In this role, your broad responsibilities will include
- Coaching, leading and developing an enthusiastic team.
- Supervise the daily workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Ensure stock is picked and packed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure team members productivity and motivation is optimised through mentoring work performance and providing feedback, advice and assistance as required.
- Work with Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to recommend improvements to workflow and operational efficiency.

To be successful, you will bring to the role
- At least 2 years leadership experience in all aspects of warehousing/ distribution or transport.
- Experience with contemporary management and logistics technology and practices, familiarity with a range of ERP and WMS solutions.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and plan workloads within tight deadlines.
- A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
- Must hold a current forklift licence.
