We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated Warehouse Manager to join our Brooklyn AutoGlass Team You will need to have the ability to make decisions, work to agreed budgets and meet key performance indicators. Your style will be one of accountability, taking pride in achieving results and having a passion for growing your business through delivering high quality customer service.

**The role**:

- Lead and support your team
- Managing individual and team KPI's within agreed budgets - driving success
- Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships including customers and insurers, local suppliers
- Guide the development of all team members by identifying and providing learning and development opportunities
- Support management of the schedules of work

**What we are looking for**:

- Driven business manager and people leader
- Have experience in supervision of Store team members
- Passion and dedication for business growth
