**Experienced Diploma Educator - Nursery (38 hours over 4 days) NO Subclass 500 visas**

We are seeking an **experienced Diploma Qualified Educator** to join our Nursery team in a **full-time role across 4 days (38 hours per week)**.

This position is suited to a confident, nurturing educator who **truly understands babies**, values responsive caregiving, and brings experience, emotional intelligence and consistency to the nursery environment.

**About the Role**:

- Provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate care for babies aged 0-1.5 years
- Create a calm, predictable and nurturing environment that supports secure attachments
- Confidently support daily routines including sleep, feeding and care practices
- Observe, document and plan meaningful learning experiences informed by the EYLF
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with families
- Work collaboratively with leadership and a stable, experienced team

**About You**:

- Hold a **Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)**:

- Have **proven experience working in a Nursery setting**:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of infant development and attachment theory
- Are warm, patient, reliable and emotionally responsive
- Are confident with documentation and reflective practice
- Value teamwork, professionalism and consistency
