Our lovely **OAC Mosman**campus is looking for a passionate Room Leader for our **Preschool room**. You'll get the opportunity to lead high quality educational programs to our 3-5 age groups whilst you benefit from the support of strong leadership.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification
- Experience in planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
- Valid employee Working with Children Check number
