Your role will involve programming and documentation but time is provided to complete this at work and mentoring is provided by the team.

The role will be to support other educators while they mentor you and guide you.

About the business:
Mosman Kinderland is a small, private, family owned Childcare Centre in Mosman. Mosman Kinderland prides itself with having above required staff ratios which helps to ensure that children are cared for and given many opportunities for individual care and education. We are a small team who support each other and work as team and looking forward to welcoming someone who we can mentor and support.

We are flexible with the start date.

About the role:

- We require an enthusiastic and passionate person who holds a diploma qualification or a cert 3 willing to study diploma.
- Monday to Friday but flexible

Role will involve:

- Team Work
- Supervising Children
- building positive relationships with child
- documentation
- Delivery of Childcare
- working with families and children in a professional manner.
- on job training and study

Skills and experience:

- A Working With Children's Check (WWCC) is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-38 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
