Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.

**About the role**

You will work with stakeholders across all areas of the business to design and deliver remarkable learning experiences and drive Salesforce adoption. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our Salesforce end users are proficient in utilising Salesforce’s capabilities to improve productivity, streamline processes and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of I.T system training and coaching and a passion for driving user adoption.

You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between work and our Richmond office. Due to the project-based nature of this role, it is being offered on a 12-month full time fixed term contract.

**You’ll have the opportunity to**
- Work with leadership to develop, execute, optimise and assess adoption program approaches including evaluation and execution of digital adoption tools and initiatives.
- Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and user guides to support ongoing training initiatives.
- Design and deliver live dynamic and interactive engaging adoption experiences, via a variety of technologies, at all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding, to development, to skills mastery.
- Manage Movember’s Salesforce LMS
- Develop standards, governance, usage guidelines and adoption programs including overseeing design, development, delivery and maintenance of digital adoption tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Design a communications plan to drive adoption.
- Plan and manage timely communications and engagement with end user to drive adoption of new functionalities and enforce knowledge of existing build.
- Act as a change agent by driving user adoption, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of Salesforce utilisation within the organisation.

**For this role, you’ll need**
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar in training, e-learning content design, and/or change management with the tech space
- Experience with learning management systems and adoption tools
- Expertise in video creation
- Ability to prepare complex facts in an understandable way and to convey them to the target group
- Experience facilitating in person and online training sessions
- Knowledge of principles and methodologies of change management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Passionate about building something for the future in an organisation making a real difference in the world

**Bonus points for**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline including IT, HR, Communications, etc.
- Previous experience using Salesforce will be highly regarded
