**About the opportunity**

Located close to Ringwood is one of the areas most popular all day venues that's steady from open until close.

The venue has plenty of craft beers, cocktails and bar snacks if you're stopping by, or if you're planning on hanging around you can explore a food menu consisting of hearty pub classics sitting in comfortable booths or at high top tables.

We are seeking a Venue Manager who wants a role that is focused on being in service, whilst giving the opportunity to drive the business unit - our client wants this leader to take the lead with community engagement, function & event management, and P&L management.

- Venue Manager experience in pubs, bars, or any kind of F&B eatery is desirable - _our client is considering experienced Assistant Managers from the same avenues within hospitality_
- Function & event management experience is desirable
- Ability to provide detailed examples of how to maximise profit without cutting corners, lowering standards, or compromising culture
- Your leadership style will naturally inspire a passion for delivering great service and culture within your team
- A leader who gravitates towards service and isn't past running service and finding solutions for your people
- Training and development plans - our client requires a ready made manager who can take people on a tailored journey
