Sports Coach

Position: Coach/Instructor

Contract: Full Time - 38 hours per week

**Salary**: AUD 65.000/AUD 75.000 + Superannuation

**Enterprise Fitness** is currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Instructor/Coach.

We are a well-established fitness business with xxxx years of experience in the sector.

The suitable professional’s primary role is to be able to perform all duties, assist and instruct our demanding clients to achieve their fitness goals and to enable our continues growth of our Business.

**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
- This is a permanent full
- time position based on 38 hours a week
- Must have a Certificate III and/or IV in a related field or equivalent qualification.
- Must have previous experience in coaching and fitness instructions

**REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS**

**SPECIFIC TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Employee is required to perform the following, but not limited to, tasks and duties, in order to ensure the highest client’s satisfaction and enable growth of our established Company.
- Training athletes for competitions, events or weekly matches/games
- Outlining optimal competition and sport specific eating plans for athletes
- Giving guidelines and recommendations for specific supplementation for athletes
- Accompanying athletes and competitors to the shows, events or
- matches/games
- oil for fitness model and bodybuilding athletes)
- Weekly body-fat assessments and skin fold testing
- Coaching, training and instructing athletes and competitors
- Planning and directing annual training periodisation for competitions/events or finals
- Developing athletic preparation strategy
- Motivating athletes and competitors throughout preparation for events competitions or matches/games
- Arranging and/or overseeing registration and entry into events or show for athletes and competitors
- Advising on suitable divisions and events to enter for athletes
- Gathering feedback from officials and judges for athletes and competitors to assist in consistent development of the athlete and competitor.

**PREREQUISITES & ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Certificate III and IV in a relevant and/or related field is required
- At least two (2) years of previous experience in coaching
- Ability to work independently, supervise and lead a dedicated team
- Excellent communication skills
- Respectful, trustworthy and capable of meeting work deadlines
