**Overview of the Role**

Atlas SP's Australian business is seeking an analyst/associate for structuring, origination and fund raising across APAC Securitized Products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Integral part of the team, handling the existing client base and portfolio
- Client facing, interacting directly on facility processes and reporting, as well as assessing and executing amendments and extension requests
- Opportunity to participate in all aspects of projects, be staffed on several assignments at one time, and present your work directly to senior leadership
- Work on and be exposed to all stages of a transaction including pitching, structuring, negotiation, execution, and closing
- Ability to learn and develop marketing materials to pitch to new clients on potential transaction structures
- ABS Cash flow modeling/stress testing
- Surveillance of Australia residential/consumer/ auto/Equipment securitization platforms
- Rating agency interaction on new ABS warehouses
- Analytics on whole-loan portfolio opportunities
- Monitor and analyze market conditions and provide regular feedback
- Analyze risk in an effort to gain internal approval for a transaction

**Qualification and Experience**
- 3-5 years' experience
- Strong academic background, bachelor degree required and additional study including Actuarial qualifications or CFA highly desired
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
- Prior experience working with debt facilities, within securitized/structured products will be favorably considered
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the skill to liaise at all levels
- Analytical modeling skills and hands-on experience working with statistical analysis
- Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills
- Exemplifies high standards with regards to ethics and integrity
