Join our **Downer Professional Services**team and play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia’s future.

**Downer Professional Services**comprises of three business units our **Technical, Advisory, and Capability**consulting practice, and **Team Downer**, which partners with **CASG and NSSG**as a major service provider to **Defence**. Together, we are a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for clients across **Defence**and National Security.

**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key role responsibilities including:

- Act as the primary ILS Coordination point with FIC stakeholders.

- Coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities between CSI-IPT and MIWS/DDGSPO to define and monitor CSI scope.

- Manage engagement with LBTS sites, including MCSIC and LBTF.

- Oversee GFE/GFM supply coordination across CSI-IPT, NCB, MIWS, and DDGSPO.

- Support the development and implementation of sustainment strategies for upgraded capabilities.

**What You’ll Bring**

- Strong understanding of complex systems integration and support systems.

- Experience in ILS coordination and stakeholder engagement within maritime defence engineering projects.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain effective communication across diverse teams.

- Knowledge of GFE/GFM processes and logistics within defence environments.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to delivering project outcomes in a high-stakes environment.

Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimum **Negative Vetting 1**or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with **International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)**requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
