This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is experienced at building relationships, and looking for a role to grow and further develop in Talent Acquisition.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition Partner through end-to-end recruitment processes to assist with the expansion of our Allied Health and Administration team. You will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Partner to coordinate recruitment activities and develop strategies to ensure we attract the right staff to secure the future growth and success of Encara.

**The role**:

- Drafting, advertising, and posting on various job boards, social media and Universities platforms.
- Manage the onboarding and other documentation involved in setting up new employees in accordance with procedures.
- Organising, updating, and maintaining employee files in a confidential manner across multiple platforms in accordance with Encara policy and legislation.
- Coordination of required documentation for visa sponsorship including coordination of payment timings.
- Organising sponsorship/marketing and attendance at conferences and fairs.
- General administration requirements to support the People and Talent Partners.
- Back up for annual leave / sick leave in the People and Talent team.
- All other ad hoc duties.
