**Job Opportunity: Office Admin & Warehouse All-Rounder (Casual to Permanent Part-Time)**

We are a small, family-run business seeking a dedicated and reliable all-rounder to join our team. This is a unique role that combines both office administration and warehouse duties. We are offering a casual position to start, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent part-time role once the responsibilities are well established.

**Position Details**:

- **Office Admin**: 2 days per week
- **Warehouse Duties**: 1 day per week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Office Admin Tasks:_
- Answering phones and providing customer support
- Entering data into Excel spreadsheets
- Scanning and filing paperwork
- Organizing and maintaining the office space, keeping it clean and tidy
- Light cleaning duties (vacuuming, wiping down desks, and equipment)
- Warehouse Duties:_
- Sorting customer stock in delivery order
- Picking and packing orders according to customer invoices
- Labeling boxes and preparing stock for shipment
- Maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment
- Preparing stock onto pallets for delivery

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Proficiency with computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Ability to keep both office and warehouse spaces tidy and efficient

Days of work will be - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
