**The Role**:
Due to continued growth and the award of many exciting new projects, a permanent full-time opportunity exists in our Perth office. As a Project Controller at BG&E, you will be responsible for assisting Project Managers with various project functions to ensure that the goals and objectives specified for the project are accomplished in an accurate and efficient manner.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Providing support to project teams during bid phase of projects
- Participation in Project Start-Up meetings for newly awarded projects
- Supporting Project Managers with the development of Project Commercial dashboards and facilitating meetings between Project Managers and Project Directors as appropriate.
- Monitoring the financial performance of projects to ensure progress is tracked and issues reported to Project Managers in a timely fashion
- Assisting with the scheduling of resources and making updates to the project as required
- Invoicing and variation/change management for Major projects
- Preparation of cost to complete forecasts for Major projects
- Major project reporting to the Board
- Liaising with other project team members and providing support as required
- Working with other members of the commercial team, helping to develop and implement processes that support overall business objectives.

**About You**:
An experienced business development manager you will have a high level of commercial acumen along with experience in opportunity identification and development and demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a contractor or consultancy environment
- Preferable experience working on large infrastructure projects
- Strong excel skills
- A positive attitude and be well organized
- Exceptionally high attention to detail
- A good understanding of working with project budgets.
- Confidence in dealing with staff at all levels.
