What we're looking for:

Expertise: You have got a deep understanding of strata regulations, bylaws, and processes—and you're confident applying them day to day.

Communication: You have a natural communicator, keeping the conversation flowing and everyone in the loop. With the launch of Civium's state-of-the-art ticketing system, we're taking customer experience to the next level—and you'll be part of that journey.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Challenges? Bring them on. You are one step ahead, tackling issues before they arise.

Customer Service Champ: Delivering exceptional service is your superpower, your clients feel supported, heard, and valued.

Language Advantage: We would love to hear from candidates who speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese, to better support our diverse client base.
