**THE ROLE**
- Maintain and service processing plant infrastructure - crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, tailings, and reagent circuits.
- Perform fault-finding, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical components of processing equipment, including lubrication systems, gearboxes, and centrifugal pumps.
- Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair.
- Participate in maintenance planning activities.
- Attend call outs as per call out roster.
- Maintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto our CMMS.
- Collaborate with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance processes.
- Be visible and provide mentoring and leadership to your teams.
- Actively promote a high level of safety awareness, lead from the front and by example.

**WHAT DO I NEED**
- Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Fixed Plant Maintenance team.
- Experience in Sag/Ball Mill Operations.
- Forklift Licence (desirable).
- Confined Space Ticket (desirable).
- Working at Heights Ticket (desirable).
- Shut down planning and managing experience.
- Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable).
- Proficient Microsoft office skills.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to build strong, collaborative, and successful working relationships with your team.
- Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment.
- A can-do, team-oriented attitude.
