**Responsibilities**:

- Provide effective leadership to the team, motivating and inspiring them to perform at their best.
- Oversee daily workflows to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, coordinating with kitchen staff, servers and other team members.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to ensure adherence to restaurant standards and procedures.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Manage shifts effectively, assigning tasks, and responsibilities to team members while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standard and company policies at all times.
- Maintain clear and open communication with team members, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends and evening as needed, as these are typically the busiest times for the restuarant.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
