As a HSEQ Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with leaders across our projects, guiding health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) performance to enhance delivery and create lasting impact. **The Opportunity**
- Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders to embed HSEQ best practices into project delivery.
- Oversee HSEQ compliance, audits, reporting and training across office and site activities.
- Promote a culture of care, championing health, safety, wellbeing and design safety integration.
- Support environmental and sustainability goals through impact assessments and system integration.
- Interpret data and insights to influence strategy, inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

**Is this role right for you?**

- Professional qualifications in at least one discipline: Health & Safety, Quality or Environmental Management.
- Developing expertise across all HSEQ areas with a passion for progressive, proactive delivery.
- Strong communication and coaching skills to influence at all levels and foster best practices.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into meaningful local actions.
- A collaborative, adaptable mindset ready to learn, grow, and help others do the same.
