Join us on our new HSE Graduate
DOF places a great deal of importance on and commitment to our graduate program as we know our future success relies heavily on today's students.
You will provide support to the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Lead and the department in their delivery of end-to-end HSEQ support and guidance to the DOF Business Acquisition (Tendering) and Projects Execution departments.
Mentored by HSEQ and industry experts, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic and diverse environment. Time spent as a graduate at DOF will expose you to a wide range of experiences. Utilising DOF Subsea Systems, you will be maintaining key HSE databases, preparing HSE reports as well as developing and reviewing operational site plans and be involved in company Sustainability and ESG initiatives. This training will expose you to international operations, allowing you to expand your knowledge, gain invaluable hands-on operational skills and tailor your individual career path.

**Requirements**:
- Hold a Diploma or higher in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management /Engineering or be in their final year in BSc in OHS or Environmental Management / Engineering equivalent
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external parties;
- Be highly self-motivated and demonstrate an ability to lead, influence and achieve;
- Previous work experience in a similar or related role would be beneficial but not essential.

- Excellent communication with strong analytical skills and focus on teamwork; and
