Job Description

Fugro globally are the world’s leading, independent provider of geo-intelligence and asset integrity solutions for large constructions, infrastructure and natural resources. We provide the technical data and information required to design, construct and maintain your structures and infrastructure in a safe, reliable and efficient manner.

We are currently seeking a student to join our QHSSE team during the summer vacation period. This role is based in West Perth and will report to the QHSSE Manager and work within the APAC region.

Fugro’s vacation program is a key recruitment strategy for our future Graduate offers and creates a platform and opportunity for you to showcase your motivation and talent.

The vacation program is a 12-week paid placement that will give you exposure to learning the fundamentals of maintaining a Work Health Safety (WHS) and Environmental management system and assisting with the development of HSE deliverables on key projects in Pacific.

Commencing after your November exams and ongoing through the summer school holiday period until February.

We are interested in taking applicants from the following courses:

- Environmental Engineering
- Health Sciences:

- Health, Safety and Environment
- Occupational Therapy
- Commerce:

- Management

Your success in securing this role will require:

- Be in your final year of your degree or only 1 year to go
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
- Good verbal communication, interfacing and writing skills
- Proactive and driven with good time management
- Good teamworking skills
