Consultant - Facilitation and Delivery

- The Executive Education division of MBS, with operations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, provides customised client learning solutions for organisations and short courses for individual and group enrolment. Executive Education comprises five functions: Business Development, Consulting and Product, Resourcing and Relationships, Client and Learner Experience, and Asia Operations which operate in concert to design and deliver outstanding and impactful learning experiences with the learner at the heart.

**The Opportunity**
- An opportunity now exists to join the MBS Executive Education division within the Consulting and Product (C&P) team. The Team works at the intersection of program design, delivery and business development and delivers strategic thinking, quality content, and strong engagement with clients, partners and alumni.
- Reporting to the Head of C&P, this is a newly created role where you will act as the primary expert in facilitation for Executive Education at MBS. The role will also support client engagement and development as a contributor to sector and key account planning.

**Some key accountabilities will also include**:

- Participation in discovery discussions with clients regarding tailored and customised programs as an experienced facilitator of Executive Education
- Working closely with the Consulting and Product team to ensure consistency in design, learning and learning impact and the appropriate allocation of resources.
- Designing learning materials such as workbooks, facilitator guides and presentation materials
- Client relationship building and identifying opportunities to grow and expand business and contribute to sector and key account planning
- Working with Account Managers to ensure design and delivery is within the financial parameters of the program
- Set and maintain excellence in standards for facilitation

**About you**
- As a degree qualified professional with expertise and skills in the provision of Executive/Management education and program development, you will also bring to MBS significant facilitation skills and demonstrated experience facilitating group sessions at different levels within organisations, including to C-suite and Boards. Your ability to build client relationships strategically, recognizing the importance of customers, and in developing senior level relationships will be essential to your success.
