About the Role
The Head of In-Home Care leads the organisations fee for service community aged care and in home services. This is an integral Aged Care senior leadership role that drives high quality, sustainable and profitable consumer-centred services in a highly regulated industry. Key to this role is a focus on delivering operational outcomes, developing and delivering strategic priorities and key performance indicators, leading a team within the context of organisational purpose and values, ensuring meaningful partnerships with people across the organisation and actively supporting leadership development. Key Duties
Manage all day-to-day In-Home Care activities, supporting timely and effective decision making
Leading the team which incorporates the mobile workforce is a critical element of success for this role
Leading Baptcare growth in community based services
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements
Ensure all financial, service, people and consumer targets are met or exceeded
Ensure consumer-centred high-quality care, driving continuous improvement
Ensuring receive the best possible care and service
Liaising with families and ensuring they are supported
Working closely with all stakeholders to enable ongoing and continuous improvement
Ensuring all legal requirements and certifications are met and adhered to
Managing budgets and ensuring target delivery, service growth and margin improvement
Alignment and commitment to Baptcare’s Mission, Vision and Values
Drive a collaborative, evidence-informed, effective and efficient problem solving culture
Identify, build and maintain relationships through consultation and collaboration.
Demonstrate self-awareness and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement for yourself and your team

**You will ideally bring the following**:
Meet and/or exceed the annually agreed key performance indicators and targets
Build a high-performing team
Meet and/or exceed staff retention targets
Projects are delivered on or before deadlines, within scope and budget.
Successfully lead large scale and complex change
Build a consumer-focused and financially sustainable model, growing the service.
Positive feedback from key stakeholders
High team engagement as reflected in ongoing improvement in staff feedback such as B Heard survey results for the team
Extensive experience in a similar role where scale, complexity and scope has been successful managed.
**Demonstrated experience leading**:
Large “mobile” teams
Service model design and implementation
Complex business change
Business growth
Supporting and developing strong leaders
Strong working knowledge of community-based care and legislation
Proven ability to build and deliver strategic priorities on time, budget, effectively and efficiently.
A proven track record of managing budgets and target delivery.
Minimum of a Bachelor degree in a business or health care related discipline.
