**The Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Office Manager** to support our growing operations. In this role, you will oversee daily administrative functions, streamline office processes, and ensure smooth coordination between teams to enhance operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document handling.
- Coordinate property management workflows, liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and client teams.
- Assist in financial administration, including invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll support.
- Maintain and optimize digital filing systems, databases, and client records.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional service.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new staff and organizing team communications.
- Implement and refine office procedures to enhance productivity, including setting service benchmarks and resource allocation.
- Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain office supplies, manage equipment servicing, and ensure a safe, functional workspace.
- Uphold workplace health and safety standards, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and company policies.
**Skills and Qualities**
- Minimum 1 year (but preferable 2+ years) work experience in office management.
- Minimum Diploma qualification in business management or business administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Overtime pay
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
