**Cafe/Bar Operations**

Canberra, ACT

We are a small specialty non-alcoholic bar styled café seeking a dependable and reliable individual who is:

- Very well organised & resourceful individual
- Has initiative and can work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills

**The role requires the following**:

- Order stock in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Organise shifts with staff and step in when needed.
- Work shifts as well as plan staffing needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised workplace.

The role may progress in to managing the operation which will require entrepreneurial creativeness input in growing the operation, motivating the team, expanding our offerings, creating a community and help maintain and grow the quality and uniqueness of the bar.

**The role is most suited to someone who**
- Is looking at developing into a manager in the hospitality industry
- Has the desire to be in business management & leadership
- Be part of a growing brand
- Work with a progressive and diverse management team

You will need to be flexible in your days of work and be able to work 5 days a week. Weekend work may also required and can be mutually agreed upon.

Preferably have a driver’s licence and have access to a car - although, not having a vehicle is not a deal breaker. You will also be required to attend management meetings and necessary workshops/training - both formal and informal. Some travel may also be required.

The role is a full time position however a part time on a pro-rata basis may be considered if all aspects are fulfilled.

Full training and management support will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
