**Your Duties and Key Responsibilities**:(Not limited to the following)As the office manager, I will be responsible of day-to-day office activities. This is including managing the office staff and creating procedures and process. Making sure the office is running smoothly.
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mails in all mailboxes
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing procedures.
- Making sure the staff is using the processes and procedure put in place.
- Conduct weekly team meetings with the team.
- Purchasing supplies and maintaining proper stock levels
- Liaise with clients and suppliers, ensuring excellent communication and customer service provided by the team.
- Identify poor performance and put process in place to avoid inefficiency.
- Act as the main contact for staff tardiness to work.
- Keep upper management informed of any concerns raised or identified.
- Meeting with upper management weekly to provide updates and feedback.
- Handling warranty claims made by customers
- Ensure employee’s wellbeing and making sure the support is provided where necessary.

Pay: $49,750.11 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Caravan industry: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
