Vibe Caravans is proudly an Australian owned and operated family business making waves in the caravan industry with our innovative designs and high-quality finishings.

Due to strong growth and demand, we are looking for 2–3 experienced Internal & External Finishers to join our production team ASAP.

About the Role

As a Finisher, you'll be responsible for installing internal features, sealing, and ensuring the final quality of our caravans meets Vibe's high standards. This role offers variety across both internal fit-out and external finishing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing internal features and fittings
• Sealing, finishing, and applying final touches
• Assisting with external caravan finishing and quality checks
• Working with workshop tools and equipment
• Ensuring work is completed to a high-quality standard

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in caravan finishing, cabinet making, shop fitting, or a related trade (preferred)
• Proficiency with workshop tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically capable of performing hands-on tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

• Pay: $30–$35 per hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday (overtime opportunities available)
