**The Role**

The Customer Relationship Manager is a client-facing role, front of house at our new Marrickville clinic.

Daily activities will include:

- Handling incoming calls and queries
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing billing and payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Providing general administrative assistance to practice partners, managers and other team members as required.
- Participate in meetings, staff training and development and performance reviews

Physio Inq Marrickville is a new clinic, that opened in January 2022. In this short time we have grown quickly as our patients have found our down-to-earth yet practical approach to physiotherapy a refreshing change, and we are now a strong member of the local community.

**Qualifications & Experience Required**
- Prior customer service experience
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Must be eligible to work permanently in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
