Our client is a well-established NGO operating in the Health & Community Sector that has been operating for around 30 years. They are currently seeking an experienced and motivated recruitment administrator to join their team.

**Duties**:
This position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Assisting with the recruitment process including phone screening and interviewing
- Assisting with the roll-out of marketing and communications
- Be one the main facilitators of communications between internal and external stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the team to address issues and generate solutions
- Monitor project progress and rollout and communicate this to both participants and stakeholders

**Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- The ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in administration and some experience with recruitment
- Comfortable using the MS Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
