BIS is a resources logistic company that handles, hauls and processes millions of tonnes of raw materials and commodities every year, for customers across Australia and Indonesia. **The role**:

- Assist recruiters with the collection of onboarding documentation of new employees.
- Organise and coordinate medical appointments including Coal Board Medicals, Order 43s, and Preemployment Medicals.
- Liaise with site administrators, managers to ensure all site requirements new starters at site are completed.
- Drafting of various types of employment contracts.
- Work in close partnership with the recruitment team and hiring managers from sites across our North East portfolio

**Requirements for the role**:

- You have previous administration experience and background (preferably within recruitment)
- You are reliable, trustworthy and able to work unsupervised or within a team environment,
- Are able to interact with a variety of internal stakeholders from various backgrounds,
- You possess the ability to be flexible, and adjust competing priorities to meet required outcomes.
