**About Us**:
TAMA is Brisbane’s premium dining and supper club experience, known for its elevated service, intimate late-night atmosphere, and high-end clientele. Blending fine dining with nightlife, TAMA offers a unique venue where guests come to eat, drink, and celebrate in style.

We are currently looking for a standout **VIP Host / Bottle Service Attendant** to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a dynamic, confident presence and a love for creating unforgettable guest experiences.

**About the Role**:
This hybrid role combines the attention to detail of a host with the energy and confidence of a bottle service professional. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and looked after from arrival to departure. You’ll also deliver elevated service to VIP tables, assisting with bottle presentations, premium upselling, and high-level engagement throughout the night.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and host guests with polish, confidence, and warmth
- Deliver VIP bottle service presentation.
- Upsell premium experiences and beverages with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Help create a vibrant and engaging atmosphere while maintaining high service standards
- Maintain detailed knowledge of our food, beverage, and bottle service offerings
- Provide a high-end, personal experience for guests celebrating special occasions

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Has a confident, energetic, and polished presence
- Thrives in a nightlife or late-night hospitality setting
- Has prior experience in bottle service, premium hospitality, or hosting
- Communicates clearly and professionally under pressure
- Is naturally engaging and great with people
- Has an eye for detail and presentation
- Holds a valid RSA (QLD)
- Is available Friday and Saturday nights (and other nights for events as needed)
