Your Opportunity:
Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Supply guests with directions and information regarding the property and local areas of interest. Run daily reports on the number of arrivals/departures and ensure reports are accurate. Identify any special requests. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.

Skills, Education, and Experience:
A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor. Opera experience is preferred. Personable communication skills. Believe in the benefits of energizing and motivating others. Display a passion for the Hospitality industry. A desire to innovate and create, our guests come to experience a life less ordinary. You are reliable and flexible with the ability to work various shifts. Hold a valid RSA.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
