Our client, a leading global communications company based in Melbourne, Australia, is looking to hire a permanent Mid-Weight Graphic Designer with experience in video/motion design to work with their end client, a global law firm.

This role is part of a dedicated, on-site design agency built specifically for the client. These bespoke teams operate from within the client’s organisation, offering creative, digital, and production expertise supported by a wider global agency network. It’s a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup where collaboration and innovation thrive.

As the Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you’ll work as part of a global creative team working on-site at the law firm’s Melbourne office three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home the remaining two. Projects range from corporate communications and branding to marketing materials and video content.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Designing a wide variety of corporate and marketing materials across print, digital, and video formats.
- Bringing ideas to life with motion graphics and video content using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Collaborating with global colleagues and stakeholders to deliver brand-aligned creative solutions.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Solid experience in a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer role, ideally within an in-house creative team.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate design work across print and digital, with proven motion/video skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- A keen awareness of current design trends and the ability to adapt across different platforms and technologies.

**Salary**: A$75K,000 - A$80,000
