Mid-weight Designer

To complement our strong and stable team, we’re looking for a Digital Designer with sharp visual instincts and solid technical skills. Someone who loves crafting great-looking digital experiences and brings strong attention to detail, creative thinking, problem-solving, and a natural drive to get things done.

What you'd be doing

In this role, you’ll produce work across all levels of fidelity, from early concepts, storyboards, and wireframes to interactive prototypes and polished high-fidelity interfaces. You’ll work alongside UI and motion designers, developers, copywriters, and producers to deliver outstanding results.

You’ll turn complex briefs into simple, elegant solutions that meet both business and user needs. As a self-motivated and conscientious designer, you will apply your skills across a wide variety of projects, including campaigns, web applications, enterprise-level design systems, and strategic digital refreshes.

The skills we are looking for

- 3+ years as a Digital or UI Designer working across a variety of digital media
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and diverse digital design thinking
- Solid experience creating compelling designs, interactive prototypes and purposeful concepts
- Ability to strategically solve design problems, selecting the right methods and outputs for the context and constraints
- Strategic design thinking with strong problem-solving skills, flexibility and adaptability in fast-changing priorities
- Experience across campaigns, web pages and applications, enterprise-level design systems and large-scale digital refreshes
- Strong communication skills, both within a team and directly with clients
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar video and animation tools is a bonus)
- Awareness of industry tools, AI and digital trends, and the ability to rapidly adopt new technologies and workflows.
- Familiarity working with, creating and maintaining component libraries and advanced design systems
- Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams, with the ability to work independently when needed
- Clear understanding of modern digital product technologies and the ability to work closely with developers to design within technical constraints
