**This exciting role**

We are recruiting for multiple Support Worker's who have experience supporting young people from trauma based backgrounds. These positions are for several SIL clients located around the Redlands region.

If you have experience supporting young people with challenging behaviours and have a knack for building positive relationships, we want to hear from YOU

**Responsibilities**
- Build strong rapport and trust with the individuals you support and their primary caregivers.
- Provision of personal care and light domestic duties
- Complete job tasks in accordance with participant plans in a timely manner
- Write and maintain accurate written records and documentation

**About You**
- Certificate III or IV in Disability or similar industry qualifications.
- Complex youth experience.
- Experience supporting clients with high mental health and challenging behaviours.
- Personal care experience.
- Confident in building rapport with client and key stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic, a positive outlook and the ability to remain calm and professional while under pressure.
- Own reliable transport.
- National Police Check, Yellow Card and Blue Card.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
