Join our dedicated team as a Disability Support Worker and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. We are currently seeking compassionate individuals with experience in both support work and nursing. With a variety of shifts available, this position offers flexibility to fit your lifestyle and is ideal for those eager to advance their career in the rewarding field of disability support.

**About You**
- Certificate III or IV in Disability or similar industry qualifications.
- Ability to do PEG and PEJ feeding.
- Midazolam trained and experience with seizure management.
- Personal care experience.
- High complex needs experience.
- Confident in building rapport with client and key stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic, a positive outlook and the ability to remain calm and professional while under pressure.
- Own reliable transport.
- National Police Check, Yellow Card and Blue Card.

**Responsibilities**
- Build strong rapport and trust with the individuals you support and their primary caregivers.
- Provision of personal care.
- Complete job tasks in accordance with participant plans in a timely manner
- Write and maintain accurate written records and documentation

**Salary**: $31.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
