**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Service Centre Manager to join our team in Carole Park-reporting to the QLD state Manager you will be responsible for co-ordinating Carole Park Trade Service Centre’s operations and being accountable for the sales and profit performance of the Trade Service Centre. As well as managing, coaching and developing the employees to enable them to effectively engage within their team and deliver the Branch offering.

The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

- Establish key performance measures, targets and activity plans and activities for the Trade Service Centre in accordance with Ausreo’s National Service Centre Retail Strategy.
- Coordinating, managing and scheduling workflow of manufactured products and components on a state level. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Setting objectives and monitoring for adherence
- Provide regular and timely feedback to production and operations staff, reporting any major issues to the State Manager.
- Regularly monitor Queensland’s trade market space to promote and sell new products and services and identify other opportunities to grow your Trade Service Centre Network space.
- Identify new business opportunities and mutually beneficial partnerships with key customers and suppliers to drive Carole Park Trade Service Centres revenue growth and increase market share in targeted customer segments.
- Ensure the Service Centre Network delivers superior customer service and achieves Service Centre business performance objectives by assisting in the development of Service Centre Network employees.
- Support the Trade Service Centre Network in major customer negotiations such as large project home builders and contract type work outside of general trading.

To Be Successful

Tertiary qualification in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
5+ years of Trade/Wholesale Sales experience in a building material/accessory business environment
- Ability to successfully lead teams to deliver superior customer service and achieve business performance objectives by assisting and developing employees for future company growth.
- Ability to leverage relationship opportunities to generate sales in line with company pricing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery within agreed timelines.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, project stakeholders (internal and external)
