**About the role**

Through the efficient and effective management of operations, leading improvement initiatives, and formulating service design, the Assistant Manager will deliver a program of work that ensures consistency of service, considers future and emerging service needs, and provides support for the Manager.

The Assistant Manager will provide expert advice and produce high-quality reports for Executives, and manage the development, implementation and monitoring of operational policies, processes. The role will foster and facilitate regular internal and external stakeholder engagement to deliver timely, strategic, fit-for-purpose solutions, and identify, escalate, and resolve challenges.

**Special Conditions**
- Some out of hour’s work may be required during peak periods in line with business needs.
- The incumbent may need to travel to an alternative location, when required.
- Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
