**The Company**

Our client is an industry leader in the food manufacturing industry who make some of our longest standing and most iconic food products, with over 15 manufacturing facilities across Australia. They continue to invest heavily in the development of their people and products and are now looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join one of their key sites.

**The Role**

As Manufacturing Manager you will report to the Site Manager and be responsible for:

- Executing workload requirements within the manufacturing division whilst working to KPI’s outlined by the Operations Manager.
- Deliver training and development to manufacturing leaders and fostering a high performance culture.
- Investigating production and quality related issues through conducting RCA’s using sophisticated problem solving tools such as 5WHYs.
- Drive 5S business project through managing individual projects and educating culture change within the production department.
- Working with key stakeholders to understand areas of improvement using both statistical analysis and operator feedback to develop projects and improve production efficiencies.

**Your Background**
- Strong experience within a large scale manufacturing environment, from either beverage, dairy or liquid processing.
- Success in a Manufacturing or Production Management capacity previously, leading large teams in a complex environment.
- Strong problems solving skills, with the ability to utilize sophisticated problem solving techniques and implement corrective actions.
- Proven leadership qualities or experience with the ability to hold people accountable to KPI’s and challenge current standard.
- Must have an in-depth understanding of operations; optimizing process, efficiency gains and implementing best practice through continuous improvement and LEAN.
