As a **Digital Forensics Lead**, you’ll lead our specialist digital forensic and electronic evidence collection and analysis services - providing advice, guidance, support and training. You will prepare reports for clients and senior executives and will present your findings in judicial or administrative proceedings, where you may be cross-examined and challenged on your findings.

You’ll conduct advanced research and tasks relating to electronic investigation methodologies, tools and legislative requirements. You will plan approaches and strategy, and advise on the efficient, effective and legal use of technology and promote effective change management in relation to this. You will lead a team, build capability and mentor less experienced staff.

You’ll undertake a range of activities and will engage with highly sensitive, confidential, inappropriate and explicit material or images. You will be required to attend field work at different locations across the country to assist in ATO investigations. This will require you to travel interstate, work overtime and potentially include overnight stay when travelling. In addition, you will be required to work outside of the ordinary hours of duty on an ad hoc basis and attend regular mandatory counselling sessions as required.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD.
